We do not facilitate exchanges. For returns, please follow the instructions below.

Returns

NO REFUNDED RETURNS ONLY SHOP CREDIT

We only offer shop credit for returned items; no cash refunds will be issued. As a small family-owned business with limited inventory, we prioritize providing shop credit. While we hope you love your purchase, if it doesn't meet your expectations, please inform us.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at ardmorepianostudio@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide:

  • Name under which the order was placed

  • Order number

  • Email address associated with the order

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, free of odor, pet hair, stains, rips, etc., with all original packaging and tags intact. Upon acceptance of the return, we will issue a shop credit for the item's amount (excluding shipping) to the email linked to the order.

ADDITIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage.

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

  • Sale items or items purchased using coupon codes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns for silicone products (such as teethers, puzzles, activity gyms, or newborn gift boxes). Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns regarding specific items, please reach out to us.
