SHIPPING POLICY

U.S. Shipping:

Our processing and shipping times are separate. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and an additional 3-7 days for shipping within the US. Opting for expedited shipping affects only the delivery speed by the postal service, not the processing time.

During peak order periods like sales or new releases, processing may extend up to 7 days. We appreciate your patience as our small team strives to fulfill orders promptly.

Shipping Address Policy

Customers must ensure the accuracy of their shipping information before completing purchases. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for orders with incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, shipping charges will not be refunded.

In case we're unable to create a shipping label for the provided address, we'll attempt to contact the customer via email for correction. Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in order cancellation and a full refund.

Stolen/Missing Package Policy

While we ensure timely shipping and provide tracking information, we're not liable for stolen or missing packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers must file appropriate claims with the courier and law enforcement if necessary. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered.
